Those who did not clear the full 16 weeks maternity leave, how you use your remaining leave?

Hi mummy, if your employer is willing, you can work out a part-time or flexi kind of arrangement with them. I used to take 8 weeks and the remaining 8 weeks was spread out over a couple of months. On some days, I came in half a day and on some days, i took a whole day off. Good luck!
