For those cs moms, ask ko lang ilang buwan po ninyo ginamit ang belly belt? Or tummy supporter? At ano po ang mga bawal pag CS.

In my case mumsh, 2nd time CS ko na ito, Low Transverse C-Section/bikini cut, less than 3weeks ko lang ginamit binder ko.. Kaya napabilis healing 😉
