Help a mommy outttt

this is my third pregnancy yet i feel like its my first. im very nervous. i still have not gone to see any doctors yet. what would you parents recommend doing? going to GP for referral or book an appointment with a gynae from a hospital straight? im about almost 8 weeks in.
