how to prevent baby from popping earlier than EDD?

Is there any ways to prevent baby from popping earlier ? All i do is avoid walking too much, what else can i do?

Erm.. not sure about it. I’m hoping that the gynae will say you may go deliver now. So I will not be anxious cause I’m alr at the hospital. Haha
