Is there a thing as "nasanay sa hele"?

There could probably be, especially if your little one has taken the act as a habit. My kid was used to hele, but my sister's daughter is able to sleep with just a few taps in her bottom because according to my sister, she doesn't want her baby to get used to rocking. One tip I've read, never coax your baby to sleep in a position/habit you can't afford to do all the time.

I think so. Babies crave for pattern and this rocking can be developed as a habit if done every single time. I've read that if you want to make a baby sleep without rocking, you should create an environment conducive for sleeping. A new routine may really help and this must be done consistently to break off the habit
