I think there are many videos on YouTube if you were to search exercise with babies and it also depends on how involved and how old ur baby is. U can carry baby or put baby in a carrier on you and do squats/calf raise/pile squats or hold the baby by the armpits and do some raises. There are many possibilities: always ensure the baby is well supported in weight whether in ur arms or in the carrier. Baby could also be on the floor in front of u as u do push ups
