Multi Vitamin For Pregnancy

There's so many types of multi Vitamin outside. Some are super cheap like 8 buck some cost about 30 buck a bottle at least. What's the difference?

I believe the main difference should be the ingredients. My gynae provided me with multi vitamin, so I didn’t need to buy my own outside. But I know quite a few mummies who recommended swisse. A bit more costly but it contains quite a few vitamins inside. There’s a promo now in SuperMom website too. Can save a bit ◡̈

Yep, Swisse is quite a popular brand

Personally I feel that these are meant to be supplements, so if you eat a well balanced diet, you may not need to buy expensive supplements:) you can just look at what the bottle contains, I guess, when comparing the different brands, and see what you feel you need, as well as how much you’re willing/able to spend.

I think the difference is mostly because of the quantity but do check with your gynae for this

Don’t anyhow get it from outside. Get it directly from gynae
