lose a bit of weight

Are there any mamas here who're trying to lose a bit of weight and get healthy? I'm still breastfeeding. Any tips?

Hi mama, if you’re breastfeeding, advice to eat more instead of trying to lose weight. You will shed off the extra calories by breastfeeding. I was 44kg prepregnancy, 61kg during birth and currently 8m postpartum, weighing at 42.5kg and a missing butt (because I didn’t eat enough while breastfeeding). 😭
