Is there a list of food/fruits/drinks that we can prefer? I’m in my very early stage, but very afraid I might lose the baby if I eat something wrong. ):

Stick to the basics. Tofu, veggies, water, grains and certain chicken / meat. But moderation is key. It’s great that you’re conscious of what you eat but you should be fine if you avoid things like alcohol, coffee and over consumption of certain fish.

Eat everything moderately Raw food(eg Sushi), Caffeine, Alcohol strongly advisable not to consume during pregnancy.
