Yes polyclinic do referral to hospitals but that is if you want to be under subsidised route. If you want to have a fixed gynae, then it'll be under private- call up the hospital directly and fix an appointment.
they do refer to hospital like kkh or shg. buy the waiting time is long as it is subsidies
