Changing gynae?

Hi mummies, stupid question, but is it common to not follow through with the same gynae till the end? I mean, I'm intending to be with my current gynae to do checkups till I deliver, but I choose to deliver at another hospital with another gynae. Is that okay? Sorry first time mum here, so there are lots I'm unsure of.

I think is ok as long the gynae is around to deliver. But for me i wouldnt because i prefer to have 1 person to see me through n deliver. I didnt have much of a choice on the hosp coz gynae only delivers in either mt e novena or mt a.. and this was also because i got advised to do my tests outside first by our govt hosp..,😰 eventually i gave up the govt slots coz i had too much issues in my first preg n prefer my gynae to follow thru

It is okay, just have to make sure your second gynae has slots for delivery.
