Jerky Movements

Hi there fellas! Just wondering if it's still normal for a 3 month old baby yun jerky movement of limbs. Especially during milk time (formula fed), super likot ng mga kamay at yun mga paa niya, tadyak ng tadyak. Pero he keeps on sucking and would cry kapag tatanggalin ko yun bottle sa mouth niya. Pero pag ibabalik ko parang kiti-kiti na naman ?. Im curious na baka na o-over stimulate siya during that time or baka may prob sa connections ng neurons niya sa brain ??.
