itchy hands and feet

hi there, anyone experienced itching on hands and feet without any visible rashes? when i search online, ICP Intahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy or OC Obstetric Cholestasis comes up. However when mentioned to my OB, she said it is not likely. and the most sensitive test to diagnose it "bile acid test" is not available in our hospitals st lukes. anyone diagnosed with this before?
