8 months old baby refuses to sleep in cot

Hi there, my 8 months old baby used to sleep on her own in the cot and will fall back to sleep with the pacifier in her mouth if she cries in the middle of the night but recently she rejects the pacifier continues to cry loudly and only stops after I carry her. She falls back to sleep almost immediately if i place her on my bed, but once I place her back to her cot she starts wailing and rejects her pacifier again. Any parents experience this before and what did you do?

I used to sleep with my baby in the cot till she fell asleep and i will creep out after. She will sleep throughout the night on her own. I tried carrying her till she sleeps (deep sleep btw) but SOMEHOW, God knows why, will stiiiiil wake up and cry when i put her in the cot. Sigh. Haha. Cn be pretttty frustrating at times but hey, we mommies cn ONLY, and, finally get our sleep when our kid sleeps. So I guess might as well accompany her inside so she'll feel secure and sleep soundly.
