how u deal with acid reflux

Is a terrible feeling everyday for me. It depends sometime can be better sometimes can be worst til I feel nauseous and want to vomit. If good I only feel bloated. But never a good day for me. Week 16. How u handle?

I had them throughout my whole pregnancy. did alot of trial and error to deal with it, but nothing works. i endured for 9months with constant annoyance at night 😂
