Acid reflux

If i burp and i feel and taste vomit in my throat, is it called acid reflux ? Sometimes feel spicy burning feeling in the throat too makes me want to puke but i wont puke. #FTM

Yes that is correct. I had it and it was very very bad. I used to get up from my sleep it was that bad
