uti in pregnancy

Suspected uti so i went to polyclinic yesterday and dr said its a mild uti after doing urine test but apparently it got worst today even whn im on antibiotics. Like i could even feel the pain on my left side even when im walking. Should i get a second opinion by going kk or something?
