Chronic UTI during pregnancy

I have chronic UTI and have been resistant to many antibiotics. Doctor now suggest to get admitted to hospital to administer neuroflorantin via injection for a period of 14 days. She said this antibiotic is generally safe for pregnancy but being a FTM currently in week 13 feeling quite apprehensive not knowing how it might impact baby. If I ignore the UTI, it could also be risky due to premature labour. Anybody else had a similar issue?

If you don’t eat the antibiotics and ignore your UTI, the bacteria can enter and attack your baby. I would suggest you to follow and listen to your gynae as they’re medical professionals for a reason, instead of getting advice here. It would be safer to listen to your gynae.
