OB gave you directions how to bathe and how to clean your wound? follow lang po. then always wear your binder. at 2 weeks tuyo na sugat I can bathe normally. as per OB wear binder hanggang 2 mos, but i did not take my binder until 8 mos post partum just because i wanted my belly to get firm again.
