Any suggestions po na pwede I take ng breastfeeding mom to gain weight? I've been breastfeeding for 11 months and lalo ako pumapayat. Gusto ko pa I continue bf ng anak ko kaso, some are suggesting na i stop ko na dahil lalo akong pumapayat ?
