Any alternatives on how will I lower down my toddler's fever. His temperature is 38.9 and he kept on spitting his medicine which is Biogesic for kids (Orange). Any suggestions aside from forcing him to take his medicine?

Do the traditional way na papatungan ng basang bimpo sa noo at pupunasan ang kili kili at singit. It can lower down the fever.
