Any alternatives on how will I lower down my toddler's fever. His temperature is 38.9 and he kept on spitting his medicine which is Biogesic for kids (Orange). Any suggestions aside from forcing him to take his medicine?

Try to give him a sponge bath and focus on armpits and groin. You can also place a cold, damp washcloths on his forehead and the back of the neck. Also, keep him hydrated.

Is it okay to give him a warm bath/sponge bath even if it's night?
