Hi. I'm in my 18th week now. Based on my lab results I have high pus cells and moderate epithelial.

Any suggestion on how to help lower pus and epithelial cells in my urine? Thanks!

hydrate po kayo mommy. drink at least 3L a day. avoid soft drinks
