Can you suggest a good formula milk as a backup for a newborn baby in case her mom doesn't produce milk?

S26, S26 Gold and Enfamil are a few of the recommendable formula milks out there in the market. They said these milk has less sugar which is good for babies. To have a successful breastfeeding journey, always keep in mind to skip the formula. Trust on your supply. Anyway, a newborn should only need a teaspoon of milk within 3 hours so if the mother doesn't have a lot of milk yet, remember that the baby doesn't really need a lot.

S-26 Gold and Similac are highly recommended for infants that doesn't take the formula. They have variants that are soy-based and organic which is helpful to babies that are lactose intolerant.
