just warm water and proper wash is enough. i use libresse feminine wash.at first everything was going well and then it got more vaginal discharge where every 10mins i need to wash. i stop and now just warm with warm water and properly. so far i my vaginal discharge decrease and i dont feel itchy down there.
Baca lagilactacyd is safe to use during pregnancy :)
