Postpartum hair fall
Hello strong mummies - I am completing 3 months postpartum and just 2 weeks ago started shedding hair severely .. how are you all managing this phase and are you doing anything to help lessen the hair fall ?

I went to consult a GP and was prescribed viviscal. It’s effective for me but also costly to maintain. I stopped taking after 3 months but I witnessed hair growth, baby hair sprouting out. They say hair will grow back within 1-2 years after baby birth. I just started applying aloe vera gel on my scalp - too soon to see results. Good luck and don’t stress yourself!
