Use of straw bottle for 14 month old

Can anyone give pointers on how you helped LO to drink from straw ??

I use Richell straw cup (with the push function) when LO is 6mo, then I switched to straw water bottle. Maybe you can try that or consider training to drink from cup.

My LO has just started rolling to her tummy on her own and as I understand this is a cue that I should stop swaddling her to sleep and use a sleeping bag instead , but her startle reflex is still very strong. So how should I go about this ?

try one arm swaddle first, i saw this recommendation online

Postpartum hair fall

Hello strong mummies - I am completing 3 months postpartum and just 2 weeks ago started shedding hair severely .. how are you all managing this phase and are you doing anything to help lessen the hair fall ?

I went to consult a GP and was prescribed viviscal. It’s effective for me but also costly to maintain. I stopped taking after 3 months but I witnessed hair growth, baby hair sprouting out. They say hair will grow back within 1-2 years after baby birth. I just started applying aloe vera gel on my scalp - too soon to see results. Good luck and don’t stress yourself!
