Kahit anong klase ba ng lotion ang pwedeng ilagay sa tummy to prevent stretch marks tia

Cetaphil moisturizing cream po gamit ko para ma hydrate and moisturizes yung skin ko pero I am not sure kung mapeprevent ang stretchmarks, as of now kasi maliit pa lang ang tummy ko hindi pa fully stretch turning 7months.
