Hi momii. Stress is a part n nga ng daily lives natin. When in a stressful situation, breathe in breathe out then isip ka ng gusto mong gawin, like chores o kaya binge watch a series, or start a hobby, eat out/chika with friends, go for a short walk... I hope this helps you mii.
