stomach upset

my stomach seems like lot of air and its keeps hungry all time ?, is this normal ? i m just in 4 -5 weeks of pregnancy ?

currently I'm 8 weeks, i think started since my 5 or 6 weeks.. i feel hungry all the time, especially at night..
