Are u still taking caltrate even very constipated na kayo kasi ako im taking so much medicine ex" antibiotic. bc nilalagnat ako bc of UTI nagttake din ako ng paracetamol. would u still take it? but im taking folic acid bc its easy to swallow naman.

Yes po po kaylangan mo yung calcium sis.2x a day ang pag inom ko nung saken pero ginawa ko na lang once a day kasi sobrang hirap dumumi dahil ang side effect nung aken is constipation.
