stopped taking folic acid vitamins

Hi there, im 3mos pregnant and im still having all day sickness. Nausea and excessive vomiting the whole day. Even water i cant take :( bec of this i stopped taking my folic acid vitamins. Is that okay?

So i should still take it even if ill just vomit after?
