Are u still taking caltrate even very constipated na kayo kasi ako im taking so much medicine ex" antibiotic. bc nilalagnat ako bc of UTI nagttake din ako ng paracetamol. would u still take it? but im taking folic acid bc its easy to swallow naman.

Observe mo po pwede try m po wag muna inom caltrate kung madami k ng iniinom n gamot kung di k n constipated. Then after medicine saka k po mag caltrate ulit.

Yes po. Inom din po madaming water. Bawasan dosage pwede nmn alternate n lng caltrate every other day.
