Spicy tuyo with sinangag is a dish that's truly Pinoy and conjures up happy tummy memories. How do I share this experience with foreign friends who may not be so open to the strong flavours of our beloved Filipino tuyo dish?

I fillet the tuyo (or buy gourmet tuyo in a jar) then sautee with garlic and onion then mix with pasta. They will love it.
