My son is on track on all his development except speech he canot talk.. But can make sounds but no words.. Im worried

Same here d/t speech delay pati Cognitive skills affected.. Pero ineexpress nya self nya thru gestures, babbling, pag ayaw nya ayaw nya. pero hindi maiwasan mgworry.. tyaga lang talaga sa pagturo

usually pag boy, mas matagal bago magsalita. but encourage him to talk by not giving him screentime. read stories to him
