My son is on track on all his development except speech he canot talk.. But can make sounds but no words.. Im worried

Same here d/t speech delay pati Cognitive skills affected.. Pero ineexpress nya self nya thru gestures, babbling, pag ayaw nya ayaw nya. pero hindi maiwasan mgworry.. tyaga lang talaga sa pagturo
