Teething baby

My son is almost 21 months already. He has grown a beautiful set of teeth that just sparkles when he smiles. It’s just worrisome that he does not eat, drinks less milk, and does not like vitamins/meds every time a new tooth is emerging. After a few days to a week, he gets back to normal. What are your experiences when your baby is teething?
