You mean cooling water like 3 leg water? If its that, it's not advisable. According to TMC, When we are pregnant, we are suppose to keep our womb and body warm. That's why some pregnant ladies will choose to drink Red date longan tea, ginger tea etc. (Warm doesn't mean heaty, heaty like fried food, feverish feeling) Cooling water like the 3 leg brand is consider "cold" to our womb. So the best way to stay cool, is to flush lots of normal water to chase the heatiness away, eat fruits, stay indoor more often as the weather is really very hot recently.

U mean cold water? It’s alright to consume in moderation. :) but try to avoid those iced drinks if possible cos it’s too cold.

I meant the cooling water from the three legs brand. The ones people drink after eating lots of durian if I'm not mistaken. Haha

Is fine, listen to your body. But not too much else too cooling. I drink barely, etc as well… i'll get sick if too heaty

You can drink coconut water but not those Chinese cooling drinks like the 3legs cooling water etc..

No. Those 蛇草水, 3 legged is a nono. But 100plus is still ok

Its okay but if during early pregnancy, try to avoid.

Not too sure as it contains some herbs

Yes, I drink that if it gets too heaty, I also drink liang cha, I cant stand the warmness in body..I just follow my cravings ..i don't drink those often though, but make sure I drink 2.4-3litres of plain water a day.
