Breastfeeding Menu

Can somebody n everybody share with me a simple, easier menu as manybas you can to cook that suibtable for bf mommy like me since " am always hungry" till midnight. Hehehe.. Malaysian menu can, western can, as long as healthy, easy and can boost my milk the same time. Tqsm ??
