Try mo po small frequent feeding. Madalas ka nalang kumaen pero onti onti. Less rice and no colored drinks.

Basta iwas po sa matatamis saka less rice. Okay lang po pag fruits and viand.

Same here..pero tinatry ko tlga magdiet. Malaki na daw kc si baby.

Sken ang advise ni OB q 6-7mos bawas bawas rice n dw mga sweets..

hirap kas eung nagtratrabaho ka tapos onti lang kakainin haha
