It depends on your body system. Sa 1st ko, after a month lang, pure breastfeeding. Then yung isa ko, after a year, pero mixed feeding.

dipende po, ako almost 2yrs pure bf hehe kala q buntis aq tagal q magkamens

ako after 1 month nagkamens na, depende sa katawan naten

EBF 11months old na si baby ko nung nagkaperiod ako😊

Ako 2 months after, exclusive breastfeeding pa yun.

8 months, exclusively breastfeeding.

1st born, 1st mens almost 5mos (EBF)

more than 2 years po sa 2nd baby ko

6 months, exclusive pumping

It depends po, ako 1 month
