Baby covid bring to gp right away?

If 3 months old caught covid, do i bring him to the GP straight away ? Has on and off fever 37.5 And usually how long will they recover

    I didn’t bring mine to GP when she had covid. For fever I gave paracetamol once and spammed fever patches. Fever lasted for a few hours. Stayed positive for 2 weeks with no other symptoms.
