Not okay po. Baby's skin is sensitive. Aside from that, you can't be sure na walang kahit very minor cut/opening sa bum area nya (lalo na kung may mga rashes sya) and mahapdi yun. May mga baby wipes naman po. Or you can use cotton balls with baby soap/liquid then rinse it with water.
