Sino po umiinom ng gantong vitamins hehe quatrofol, may difference daw ito sa folic acid? Ano ang benefits ng quatrofol at ano ang benefits ng folic acid?

    Hindi po after dinner ko po kc iniimon yan. Before breakfast at before bedtime ko naman po iniminom un anmum milk.
