Moderate lang kain sis.. Every two hrs lang para d ka lagi full.. Acid reflux ka kasi.. Iwasan mo rin late kumain.. Un tipong gutom na gutom kana.. Tas madamihan yan result yan.. Slowly lang.. Konti konti lang para d ma acid reflux.. Normal man yan.. Pero wag lang parati kz masakit din yan..
