Maternity benefit

Hi, sino po dito yung nag apply ng Maternity benefit sa sss thru online? ( ako kc I notified them thru online, voluntary/self-employed po ) Then nung nanganak kayo personally nyo po ba sinubmit ang requirments? Thankyou! :)
