High risk pregnancy!

Sino po dito ung high risk po ung pregnancy ninyo? Can you please give me naman your thoughts, your experiences and advice... ginawa ko nman lahat, from bed rest, take ng pampakapit, ob's advice, and nag leave narin ako sa work.. pero kahit nka bed rest ako, my lumalabas parin sakin na brown to blood discharge... nakakastress na??? 23weeks pregnant here, super active naman si baby, wala nman daw problema sa uterus ko, no uti, and yet my spotting parin???...

ako high risk po ako. ganyan din po ako nun, mababa pa nga ung inunan ni baby nun at saka nag ka uti din ako. 1week ako ng antibiotic tapos pinagbedrest din ako, strictly no to sex un lagi sinasabi ng ob ko, magpahinga at kumain ng masusustansyang pagkain. bedrest po iwasan po ang mapagod at hingalin. kumain ng fruits at uminom ng madaming tubig. success naman ang pregnancy ko pero na emergency cs ako kasi tumaas naman ung bp ko pag nag labor na, although hindi ko naranasan ung pain na maglabor. atleast healthy si baby. -rest and eat healthy foods at wag mag diet pero know your limitations yan ang sabi ng ob ko. iwasan din ma stress, be positive alaways and pray.
