Aww. Don’t eat to much sis. Slow lang pagswallow while eating. And drink water before and after you eat. Lakad lakad ka din ng kaunti after mo kumain.

Sbi ng ob ko wag masyado pakabusog every meal. Tpos gawing 3-4 hrs subo kahit konti, den more water.
