could this be diarrhea or amoebaiasis???

Since yesterday medyo loose and mucusy ang poop ni bunso (2y.o) Hindi naman siya iritable, masigla pa rin and kumakain and still breastfeeding at nagwwater. 3x siya nagpoop kahapon. And just this morning medyo mushy nalang hindi na ganun ka loose pero mucusy pa din and my little blood streaks. Could it be a sign of diarrhea or cause by amoeba??? The pic is his poop this morning
