still awake

Mga mommies. what do you do to fall asleep early? As of now I cant really sleep. 20 weeks na ako. My case kase is after lunch since 2nd trim lagi na akong natutulog until 3 pm before pumasok sa work. Tapos uuwi ako from work ng 11 pm or 11:30 tas kakain tas matagal na makatulog. Huhu. Is there anything I can do to fall asleep earlier and better? TIA

Sleeping late TT

Hi mommies. is anyone here having a trouble sleeping early? Im on my second trimester now but I cannot sleep early talaga. huhu mga 2 am or 3 am na ako nakakatulog tas magigising ako by 10 am. Is there any bad effects for the growing baby? TIA ?
